The SayConvo First-Party Marketing and SMS Demo program is operated by SayConvo, Inc., doing business as SayConvo. The program allows people who expressly opt in to experience SayConvo's AI SMS product and receive recurring SayConvo marketing messages. Messages may include a live product demonstration, product education, feature announcements, invitations to demos or events, promotions, offers, company news, and related conversational responses.
By opting in, you authorize SayConvo to send recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates and charges apply according to your wireless plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a SayConvo text message. After opting out, you may receive one final non-promotional message confirming your request. No additional SayConvo marketing messages will be sent unless you later provide new consent.

SayConvo handles mobile numbers, SMS consent records, and messaging data according to the SayConvo Privacy Policy. SayConvo does not sell or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
You must be the account holder or have authorization from the account holder for the mobile number you enroll.
SayConvo may modify or discontinue the program subject to applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
